Installing Exocet Fenders
The Exocet comes with fender brackets that are known to break relatively easily so we welded on some thicker pieces of steel at known failure points. We also found that we needed to bend the rods a bit to clear the tires we got. We heated the fender brackets with a blow torch which allowed us to bend it to the right angle.
With the brackets in place we fitted the fenders on. We will be using some P-Clips to hold the fenders in place on the fender mount rods.
