Dyno Day
Now that the Turbo is installed and we got the car functional, we took the Exocet to get it professionally tuned and dynoed at Blacktrax Perfomance.
We never got the car dynoed before we Turboed but stock 96 Miatas are only rated around 133 HP so I’m estimating we were doing less than 125 HP.
Here is our best Dyno run for the day:
We ended up at 212.7 HP with 215.35 lb/ft. We did a safe mild boost to about 12.3 psi. Not a bad upgrade! We will run with this until we make sure things run without issues before we start pushing anything too much.
